Procedure for Registration
OFFLINE REGISTRATION:
- Please collect Registration form from OASIS Gurgaon Centre. Or log on to our website: www.ommonline.in
- Fill the Registration form carefully and completely.
- Attach the following documents with the filled registration form
- Four recent coloured passport size photographs.
- Photocopy of School ID or Admit Card (having your photograph) of the last attended School or of Board Exam.
- Self attested copy of Mark Sheet of last attended class.
- REGISTRATION FEE :
- You can pay in cash Rs. 150/- for class (VI-XI). Or through bank’s Credit card/Debit card, Wallet or Net Banking

REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR OASIS GURGAON STUDENTS
- Please collect Registration Form from OASIS Gurgaon Centre
- Fill the Registration Form carefully and completely
- Attach the following documents with the filled registration form:
- 4 recent coloured passport size photographs
- Photocopy of OASIS Gurgaon ID-Card and latest fee receipt
- Registration fee: Rs. 150/- is to be paid in Cash at OASIS Gurgaon office.
- Submit the filled registration form with the above mentioned attachments and registration fee in person at OASIS Gurgaon Office all seven days.
